by Elaine Mergard In 1965 I purchased an apple box of guipure lace scraps from a clothing factory for 20pound. I have used so many colours except aqua. For Qld Museum Artisans Challenge I created this all lace cloche piecing each individual lace trim like a puzzle. No wire is used. The oversized hand tooled organza peony & lace butterflies complete the trim .
