I purchased a melusine top hat from a hat maker in London. When I received it I had to take it to a hat manufacturer in Colorado to have it reshaped to fit me. I have a very long head. It fit great and I put it in a hat box to protect it,  three days later I took it out and it had gotten very fuzzy. A hat maker showed me how to brush it but no body knows what wax to use or how to use it, which is what the manufacturer in London said it needed. Can you tell me how to do this?See More
