<p>I use a standard chemical-based stiffener for felt, straw and sinamay - but it needs to be thinned, depending on the material.   I know there are other options for sinamay/straw though - such as 1 part aquadhere liquid adhesive to 3 parts water - which I haven't used on felt. </p> <p></p>
